Introduction and Acceptance of Agreement

Account Management

4.1 Personal Use

The account is for the personal use of the registered individual only. Allowing a third party to use the account, transferring the account, or selling it is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Account Verification

hi877 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An account with no activity for 12 (twelve) months or more will be considered "inactive." A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. hi877 will determine the fee amount with advance notice.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the hi877 platform is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The same minimum amount applies for each method.

The weekly cashback rate varies by tier: 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Changes in VIP tier are determined based on player activity and loyalty. Cashback is added to the account each week and may be subject to its own wagering terms.

6.4 Promotion Changes

hi877 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Users will be given reasonable notice when the terms of an ongoing offer are changed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi877 platform:

• Depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting to launder money.
